Three ways to work together.

Every engagement starts from the same question: where will revenue come from, and what is stopping it today. What follows depends on whether you need a leader, a plan, or a stronger team. Scoped per company; pricing on request.

Ⅰ

Fractional Head of Sales

Typically 1–2 days a week, three months minimum.

I step in as your sales leader for part of the week — owning the number, running pipeline reviews, coaching the team — while you scale toward a full-time hire. You get senior leadership at the stage where a full-time CRO is not yet justified, and a clean handover when it is.

What I own

—Target setting and forecasting
—Weekly pipeline and deal reviews
—Hiring, onboarding and ramp
—Escalation on strategic deals

Right when

—The founder is still closing every deal
—A sales leader has just left
—You are entering the US market
Ⅱ

Commercial strategy & go-to-market

A defined project, typically six to ten weeks.

A focused engagement to decide where revenue will come from and how you will capture it. We work through segments, territories and accounts, then design the process and the operating rhythm that make the plan hold once I leave.

Deliverables

—Go-to-market plan and priorities
—Territory and account plans
—Sales process, stages and exit criteria
—CRM and reporting structure

Right when

—Growth has flattened without a clear cause
—Forecasts keep missing
—Everyone chases everything
Ⅲ

Coaching & team development

Ongoing, monthly or per programme.

For sales leaders who want an experienced sparring partner, and for teams — junior to senior — who need to win larger and more complex deals. Coaching is built on live opportunities, not role-play: we work the deals currently on your board.

Formats

—1-on-1 leadership coaching
—Team programmes on consultative selling
—Deal clinics on a single live opportunity

Right when

—Deals stall at the decision-maker
—A first-time manager needs support
—The team sells features, not outcomes
The method behind the work

The Sales Performance System.

A fractional Head of Sales operating model: playbooks, coaching and AI tools that make a sales team predictable.

Most sales teams do not miss because people are not trying. They miss because every rep works from a different definition of a good deal, the pipeline is full of opportunities nobody will close, and the number only becomes visible in the last week of the quarter.

The system replaces that with one standard, applied on live deals. Three parts, in order.

One

The Playbooks

There are eight playbooks. Together they cover the full commercial engine, from strategy to seller mindset. Each one names a specific failure, and leaves the team with something they use the following Monday.

1
Design the Commercial Model

Delivery. Each playbook runs as a live workshop, with a worksheet, AI tools and team roleplay built in. The work happens on the team's own live deals, not on theoretical cases.

Two

The Coaching

A playbook read once changes nothing. Coaching makes the playbooks stick: reps apply them to their own pipeline under guidance until the new behavior is routine.

Self-Guided

Small teams, limited budget

—Playbooks and recorded workshops
—AI Deal Coach
—Templates

10-Week Sales Sprint

Teams that need a reset or a new motion

—Weekly live sessions
—Deal reviews on real opportunities
—Accountability tracking
—Before/after KPI baseline

Fractional Head of Sales

Companies without a senior sales leader

—Ongoing leadership
—1:1 rep coaching
—Forecast ownership
—Hiring support
—Board and CEO reporting

Typical coaching topics

Which deals to kill and which to accelerate
How to run discovery that surfaces real budget and urgency
How to build and use an internal champion
How to handle “we're not ready yet” without losing the deal
How to forecast with confidence
Three

The AI Tools

Between sessions, the standard has to be available at the moment a rep is preparing a call. AI Deal Coach is an assistant trained on the playbooks, the qualification framework and the team's own best deals. It works as an always-available co-pilot between coaching sessions.

Account research

Company brief, likely pains, AI maturity estimate, entry points

Call prep

Discovery questions tailored to persona and company size

Qualification

Deal scoring against the framework, with gaps flagged

Objection practice

Roleplay with realistic buyer personas (CFO, CTO, operations lead)

Proposals

First drafts of business cases, proposals and follow-up emails

Pipeline review

Stalled-deal analysis and suggested next steps

Admin

Call summaries converted into CRM notes

Guardrails

Reps learn to use AI without putting client trust at risk: no confidential data in public tools, every client-facing output gets human review, and the rep stays the voice of the relationship.

The playbooks set the standard, coaching makes it stick, and the AI tools make every rep faster between sessions.

How it starts
One

Intro call

Thirty minutes, free. Where the commercial engine is stuck, and whether I am the right person for it.

Two

Diagnosis

A short review of pipeline, process and team, with findings you can act on whether or not we continue.

Three

Proposal

One of the three engagements above, scoped to your stage, with a fixed cadence and a defined end point.

Not sure which one fits?

That is what the intro call is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
